Recording: Research at the Sermilik Station in East Greenland

On March 14, 2024, Rector Peter Riedler and Prof. Wolfgang Schöner gave insights into the Sermilik Research Station. The event was recorded for anyone who was unable to attend but is still interested in the information.

The Sermilik Research Station is the northernmost building of the University of Graz. It is a symbol of the University of Graz's commitment to the Arctic. Thanks to the generous support of Dr. Christian Palmers, it is now possible to offer scientists a state-of-the-art research location.

In a multimedia presentation, Rector Peter Riedler and Prof. Wolfgang Schöner provided information about the research opportunities in eastern Greenland and gave an insight into the history of the new building in the Arctic solitude.
